Construction of the main residence is underway, with the foundation and steel frame now taking shape. Scheduled for completion in October or November, the home will feature a spectacular outdoor living space and expansive balcony nestled among the surrounding trees. Casita Yaxché is approaching completion, marking a significant milestone in the construction of the property. Elevated among the trees, the design features two private balconies—one extending from the kitchen and dining area and another from the bedroom—as well as an open-air outdoor shower that embraces the surrounding tropical landscape.
Perched on one of the highest ridgelines along the western side of the community, the Bambu Common Area benefits from steady breezes. Nestled below the gathering spaces, the pool is tucked into the forest edge, creating a quiet retreat offering a sense of seclusion.
